After the tragic deaths of her daughter and husband, she found solace and healing in art, using it as a way to navigate through her grief. Maggie’s artwork primarily focuses on themes of Native American culture and wildlife, reflecting her deep appreciation for native traditions and beliefs. In addition to painting, she also engages in sculpting and clay casting in porcelain, creating one-of-a-kind Native American war masks. Each mask is painted with respect to native traditions, resulting in unique and historically significant pieces. Through her diverse artistic expressions, she conveys not only her artistic vision but also her respect for the spiritual and cultural heritage of the Native American community.
